DotHomes.com Adds RealtyTrac Foreclosure Properties to Search Database

Links Home Seekers Directly to RealtyTrac’s National Foreclosure Listings

London, 17 March 2008: DotHomes.com (DotHomes), the real estate search engine,
today announced the integration of foreclosure data into its comprehensive
index of U.S. residential for sale properties. Beginning today,
consumers have the ability to query the site’s single search box to
quickly search over and click through to foreclosed home listings on
RealtyTrac (www.RealtyTrac.com), the leading nationwide online
foreclosure marketplace.

The DotHomes.com search findings link users to more than 400,000
RealtyTrac foreclosure listings from nearly 2,500 counties across the
country. Alongside the RealtyTrac listings, DotHomes.com also provides
house hunters with access to more than one million results summaries
that link through to property details on listing broker Websites.
Typical user queries will now yield foreclosure bargains integrated
within the DotHomes.com search results. Users also have the option to
refine their queries by keyword to show only relevant foreclosure
listings.

“The time has never been better for home buyers and real estate
investors to search and purchase a foreclosure property,” said James
J. Sacaccio, chief executive officer of RealtyTrac. “Now consumers
have the ability to easily search for foreclosure properties on
DotHomes. We are excited about the new DotHomes and RealtyTrac
partnership and look forward to building a successful business
relationship.”

Foreclosure activity in the United States is growing so fast that
in some states the number of foreclosure filings each month is greater
than the number of homes sold during the month. Home seekers and
investors can benefit from RealtyTrac’s extensive foreclosure database
by easily searching for and purchasing a foreclosure property.

“DotHomes is designed to give buyers the easiest and most
transparent online property search tool,” said Artemi Krymski,
co-founder of DotHomes. “Our goal is to link users directly to the
original home listings, wherever they are found all the way across the
Web, so that these users can have the richest and broadest array of
information at their fingertips.”

In addition to foreclosure properties, DotHomes provides a simple
search interface over the listings on thousands of listing
broker/agent Websites. The site’s one-box search methodology allows
unprecedented flexibility in terms of the queries consumers can enter
into the search box, for example, “foreclosure in Detroit, MI, with 3
bedrooms and 1 bathroom for under $50K.” A custom relevancy mechanism
maximizes the accuracy of the results. Then, the unique DotHomes.com
search experience takes users directly to the original listing sources
online.
